Terms of Service

The SaaS terms, acceptable use rules, customer responsibilities, and accreditation disclaimer for Oryxen.

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Oryxen website and describe the public terms that apply before a signed customer agreement. Oryxen is a SaaS workflow platform for TIC, inspection, certification, training, and compliance teams serving customers in the UAE, Pakistan, and other operating regions.

Service description

Oryxen provides workflow software for managing certificates, inspections, approvals, job orders, reports, templates, files, and related business processes.

The service is provided as SaaS subject to subscription terms, order forms, and any customer agreement signed with the customer organization.

Not an accreditation body

Oryxen is software. It is not a certification, accreditation, regulatory, conformity assessment, equipment approval, or inspector approval body.

Oryxen helps companies manage workflows, documents, approvals, reports, and certificates. It does not itself grant accreditation, certify equipment, approve inspectors, or replace the customer’s regulatory obligations.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform, the validity of issued documents, user permissions, internal approvals, and compliance with applicable TIC, accreditation, labor, tax, and data protection rules in their operating country.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that certificates, inspection reports, letterheads, accreditation marks, engineer approvals, and issued documents comply with the rules of applicable bodies in the UAE, Pakistan, and any other jurisdiction where they operate.

Account security and access

Users must keep account credentials secure and must not share accounts, bypass permissions, misuse APIs, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use Oryxen to create misleading compliance documents.

Customer admins are responsible for assigning correct roles, removing inactive users, protecting credentials, verifying document approvals, and managing internal access policies.

Acceptable use

Users must not create fake, misleading, forged, or unauthorized certificates or inspection records.

Users must not impersonate companies, engineers, inspectors, clients, regulators, or accreditation bodies.

Users must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, offensive, malicious, spam, phishing, or malware content.

Users must not bypass approval workflows, access controls, audit logs, billing controls, or security features.

Users must not misrepresent Oryxen as an accreditation, regulatory, or certification authority, or use the platform in a way that violates UAE, Pakistan, or other applicable laws.

Suspension and enforcement

Oryxen may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate service where misuse creates legal, security, operational, payment, or reputational risk.

Oryxen may also suspend access for security reasons, non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, or legal risk.

Service updates and maintenance

Oryxen may update features, fix issues, perform maintenance, and improve security over time. Certain features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves.

Technical and legal commitments such as SLAs, support response times, data processing terms, and availability targets are defined in the customer agreement.

Intellectual property

The Oryxen product, website, brand, software, user interface, content, and documentation are owned by Oryxen or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of customer data uploaded into the platform, subject to the customer agreement.

Disclaimer and liability

The service and website are provided subject to the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law. Oryxen does not guarantee that customer documents will satisfy every regulator, accreditation body, client, or legal requirement unless expressly agreed in writing.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant customer agreement.

Governing terms

For signed customers, the order form, subscription agreement, data processing terms, and any agreed addenda will control over this public summary if there is a conflict.

Public website use and demo enquiries are governed by these public terms unless a separate agreement applies.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
